Online masters in AI. The apply for new grad
Stanford professional certificate plus the offerings on deep learning.ai. Stanford will teach you stuff you just can’t find in any other online certificate. Their “deep multi-task and meta learning” course is a must.

Was it quantitative finance? If not it might be quite difficult without getting a masters degree
