No issues as long as orange monkey doesn't impose some new rule overnight.
Why would you do this commute?
My family is in Vancouver and till I find good team or job there, I was thinking of traveling there biweekly.
It's not a problem. And you can reclaim the days when you were outside the US.
What do you mean by reclaim the days ?
If you were employed under H-1B status from Oct 1, 2017 to Sep 31, 2023 but during that period you spent 200 days outside the US, then you can get your H-1B extended for another 200 days without having to enter the lottery again.

No, I travelled to Vancouver every other week when I was on H-1
Do use to travel by road or air? If road, how long does it take to cross border ? Do they stamp visa everytime?
By road. Crossing takes anywhere from 10 minutes to two hours, but there are websites with wait times and sometimes it’s better to drive to Sumas than to wait at Blaine/Pacific. They never stamped my passport after the first crossing.
