Trying to find a post where OP complains about team/company and wants to go back to studying (PhD)

And there were comments saying that academia is OP’s comfort zone, but he is not solving real problems there. Spent like 20min trying to find this, I know it’s super unlikely but does anyone remember it and has a link?
