Trying to sell on eBay
My eBay account is almost 20 years old. I tried to sell something for the first time in 5 years. Went through the entire process of uploading pics, using the clunky drop downs, verifying my address and phone until ........ the very last screen says we canโt verify your identity. So I just wasted 30 min. Thanks, eBay.

I experienced the same. I couldnโt get the issue resolved after providing documents as well. I am not sure how ebay is really surviving in the modern technology era๐

Buyer protection is top priority to eBay n they wont let anyone sell on eBay without approving your identity. Why it is hard to accept n provide the required doc. Or are you saying you tried yo do that n it didnt work?
