More details on the role or salary grade offered ? Tech spec can have a wide range. 90-100 would be a decent estimate based on a general engineering role. Can go a little higher if its in the higher salary grade.
Thanks for responding back. My friend is currently working as an embedded software engineer with salary pay grade as sg24. He is really looking for a range to negotiate having 10 years of exp. Appreciate your help in advance.
Does he have an offer already ? SG24 would be the range I mentioned +/- 5-10%.
Sg24 range could be 95-105k base + 8%(base) variable bonus
Bare minimum as required by lca application. Will be good enough to live but not equal to white people with same level of experience.
