Twilio vs. Zendesk
Hi team, I’ve offers from both these companies as a solution architect. Compensation is comparable but I’m wondering if anyone has opinion on which one has a better future and why?
Both are comparable. I don’t think it factors in my decision. I’m more interested in their future and growth
I would say Twilio is better based on how many more competitors it has, and how great its product is compared to competition. But we’re curious what’s the comp they offered?
Their competitors are a joke as compared to them. At my last startup we wanted to move off of their service once we experienced issues with a particular subset of their service. We realized all of their competitors are much worse than them for that subset and also in general. Bought their stocks that day though!!
