Hello, as anyone tried to negotiate their offer at Twitch? Trying to get a gauge of what is possible

Twitch comp philosophy is same as Amazon. They have a maximum cap on salary. Lame. They say they make up the rest in equity.

I was able to get 10 more rsus and 3k more base, 13k more Y1 bonus, and 6k more Y2 bonus. This was back around Q1 of last year
