Twitter Internal transfers possibility from India to US/SGP/UK

Recently noticed that Twitter India is hiring. When I explored, there are only very few teams at Bangalore. Also I'm currently exploring the opportunities outside India. How easy is to switch from Twitter India to Twitter US/SGP/UK after a year or so. #twitter #twitteroffer . Awaiting interview results. Interviews went well. Need suggestions from #Twitter employees. YOE - 9 , TC - 65 LPA

Apart from migration issues, how about the company policy and the history ? Except US, getting other countries work visa are easy right.
