on-site with twitter tomorrow for a PM role. tips? do people like working there? what are the perks? #twitter
Pro tip: Don't F it up. Also Pro tip: don't use any of your lps or even mention them. Good luck
I used to work there as an eng. Overall as an employee, things were pretty good. You got a great pay, very good benefits and perks including onsite cafeteria. And when Jack was there, I got an impression that they wanted to do lot of for employees. Pretty strong woke-ism so it totally depends on who you are. You can brush that off for sure. But from a business perspective, not sure if they know how to make profits. Long lagging ad products, slow push for new products and frequent re-org. It's ironical to say this but they are planning to sell junk bonds to buy back their shares. Lots of them will be used for share based compensation. This itself to me is alarming. Borrowing money to pay employees while they are not meeting market expectation for years. Also not sure how the new ceo will perform. Overall as an employee, good company. As an investor, this is a pretty badly run business. My 2 cents.
Do share your experience when youβve gone through it Iβm going to be doing onsite in a few weeks
