Twitter WFH Policy
Has it been made known exactly how flexible their wfh policy will be? would you have to live in the bay area or near an office of theirs to go in some times? are they going to have a “remote first” culture (ive heard companies that half ass remote communication end up cutting out the remote employees with discussions onsite)? would i effectively be able to live in anothet state and avoid this crazy Bay Area cost of living?
Dude, if you worked at Twitter you would know it’s an empty promise. Jack has been talking about decentralization since 2018. Zero progress made. At Twitter, middle managers rule the land. Jack just hops in once a quarter and generates a headline.
He needs 2 jobs to survive in the Bay area. Btw, is Twitter hiring?
Twitter always had remote working option for staff+ engineers. Nothing new as such !
Also would this WFH policy impact TC for existing employees?
