Just reading the room here: Elon drove value destruction of $20B in 6 months. Whoever is left at twitter A. Is super junior B. Needs to be motivated C. Will likely drink some amount of Elon musk Generous in this case means somewhere south of 50% of the previous Twitter grants. As we’ve seen he’s not trying to build a world class org- he’s running a PE value play.

Didn’t he take it private? Will you even be able to sell Twitter stock?

Our “generous” severance is 1 month. Do what you want with that information.

If you ask a beggar what is a generous amount - they might say $10. That’s exactly what Elon is and that’s exactly what has happened with Twitter folks! The stock grants are garbage. Less compared to last year. No bonus. No increment in salaries. $24 billion loss in 4 months. Hail the genius Elon Musk who is completely and totally lying about Twitter being profitable! He has ruined it. He is saying all this crap to outside world to save his face. Trust me, I am still employed at Twitter (higher leadership) and it’s looking worse than ever! All the current employees are being fooled into believing that it might work. Lot of incompetence around who are not able to find a job (me including). I see some employees thinking they are the best performers that’s why they are still here but that’s totally crap. The fact is that none of them are able to land another job so they are just sucking it up in this job market.
