Twitter is now $37 per user

WhatsApp was acquired for $42 per user. Twitter employees, why shouldn't we invest in such a low valuation? How's everything internally?

Why not investing in Jack's other company? :)

Because Visa owns the rails and can price them out - it's like asking why you would invest in Box

Square liLX30 Feb 20, 2017

Same could be applied to Stripe and many other credit card processor companies, as they all go through Visa. Also we have Capital which has nothing to do with credit card networks.

Why do u think it's a low valuation?

Salesforce tommyboy OP Feb 20, 2017

It could be a deal or the company could be going up in flames, who would know better than Twitter employees?

Stock 101 , unless it's a dividend stock with low pE ,we buy a company becausr of future of the company. what's app has a better future than twitter so facbook believe it's worth 42 per user at that time.

You're not going to learn anything new in this thread. I doubt Twitter folks wanna go to jail on account of insider trading.

Salesforce tommyboy OP Feb 21, 2017

Talking about the company atmosphere and mood isn't insider trading
