I got a tagged leetcode question onsite so still doesn't hurt to prepare those.
Best tip? Look for another company, I'm serious
Care to explain why ?
Mediocrity is abundant: management just cares about shipping MVPs, without regard to bugs, oncall pain, or tech debt. ICs get to suffer first hand for this, while trying to ship the next thing. Useless documentation: you are on the hook for writing several documents for every feature (proposal, requirements, techical design) that no one ever reads, then when everyone asks questions you will asked to write a one pagers to clarify the other documents. I kid you not, 5 different one pages for slightly different roles is not uncommon. And that's for simple features that in other companies would just requiere a User Story on JIRA. No meritocracy: everyone, really... Everyone gets the same performance bonus... Hence, almost everyone does the minimum. This year the company even reduced by almost 50% everyone's bonus because of pandemic, no differentiation still. Broken culture: just search for the New York Times note a couple weeks ago describing Twitter's bullying culture.
For the behavioral it'll go through your resume history, make sure you refresh your memory on what you did at each of your previous jobs (if you have any)

The problem was not from Leetcode. It had two parts. Medium and hard. For the hard part it was more of discussion.
