Why did you choose to move from a data role to engineering role? How difficult was that?
Assuming you are not on the Revenue Org, then here are a few tips. * Ask for help if you get stuck on something too long people won’t judge. * Understand the culture, try to blend in. People help each other, there is no ‘competing with your peers’. * Get good at Scala * Take the last two weeks of the year off and unwind. It is ok.
