Typical bonus structure for trading desks?

I'm curious about the different bonus structures employed by all kinds of trading desks, and looking for examples! Are there desks where some % of the gross revenue generated is put into a bonus pool? If so, what are the percentages like, 5%, 10%, 20%? Are bonuses just tiered, where if the desk generates more than $X in absolute terms everyone gets their base case bonus upgraded, and upgraded even more if it generates more than $Y? As context: I've pitched a VC who is enthusiastic about funding a market-neutral crypto derivatives trading desk, basically to make markets and earn various spreads and interest rates. I want to pitch some compensation plan for the ~10 person team where take-home is proportional to trading performance.
