Completed an onsite last Friday and did pretty well overall. The recruiter before the onsite said said he would get back by this Thursday or Friday. Haven’t heard anything yet. What does this mean for me? It took Apple 7-8 days to respond back during the non-onsite rounds. Is it a good thing that I have received a reject until now? Did reach out to the recruiter at the start of this week.
If they don't get back for longer than a year most likely no offer
They’re interviewing other candidates
Did talked with director after onsite? Usually that is final step. But apple keeps interviewing other people even you got positive feedbacks
Damn they’re just like my girlfriend
They get to their first choices quick (within a couple weeks). Everyone else who interviewed are strung along. Most people never actually, hear back.
