UBER phone screening
I had a Uber phone screening last week thursday and there after no news. Is this the way UBER rejects ? If yes, then it's more human way compared to "we liked you but moved ahead with other candidate" ππ @UBER @yoe 13 TC 220k
They generally reply after a week
In my experience, if it was recruiter phone screen theyβve always confirmed immediately if they are moving ahead to the next round. But I guess it depends on recruiter.

How were the coding questions? Anything from leetcode? Hard/medium/easy?

Not Uber but for another similar company I gave phone screen 10 days ago, no contact after that, then today out of the blue a different recruiter than the previous one sends email saying 'congrats you passed to next level please give available dates for on-site interview' So lesson is, no news might be good news.
Unrelated to your question. How was the phone screen? LC medium or hard?
I didn't find the question on leetcode or anywhere else. It was a modified version of expression tree. It's a question where passing or failing depends only on one clue.
