Hi, i am currently interviewing for a PM position at #baxter ( #hillrom #hill-rom ).. first call was with the recruiter, second call with the hiring manager, and now currently have a series of 1:1 interviews with 6 people, each of them for 45 mins. My question is, why is that long and complicated for a mid level position? Is that normal? Does it worth my time? Technically i will be putting over 6 hrs in total just speaking about myself.. i just don’t get it. #health #medical #interviewprocess #baxter #hillrom
Did you get it? I thunk is in part because Hillroom was recently acquired to Baxter. There are still stuff being figured out
I can’t speak to the Hill-Rom side of things, but at Baxter, for engineering, what I have found to be typical is phone screen, then 4-5 more interviews (hiring manager, 2-3 others, HR), however, sometimes a few are combined into a panel so u can knock them all out at once. I agree that six back to back is excessive. I hope u get the job. I’ve been pretty happy here
