I'm currently working as engineering manager at Berlin/Germany and I'm looking for opportunities in US. Which companies offer Visa sponsorship to US

To answer your question I think very few companies are offering external visa sponsorship right now. Maybe try TikTok

1-2years for permanent residency .. if thats fast for you.. us is attractive than germany ..
Almost any company would offer, try to switch to companies that have a presence in Germany and do an internal switch after some time.
You best bet is to work in the German subsidiary of a US company and do an L1 visa transfer. It is not the right time, generally, to be looking for visa sponsorship with so many US citizens laid off.
