Anyone familiar with salary/bonus range for USAA Director of Product Management? This is for San Antonio or Plano TX locations.

It’s a big range. 120k-180k. Bonus is where you get a nice chunk as well. Usually 20%-30% of corporate score. Director is the sweet spot at USAA. Not executive management, but normally not a people manger either.
