Hello, Got an offer as a data analyst @ uber amsterdam. Base:70k Rsu:18k Bonus: 10% Yoe:4 Seems a bit low, does anyone know if there is room to negotiate? Current tc : 🥜

Don't think of it as good or bad, it's where you fit in skillwise. L4 with 4 YOE is nothing to worry about. Some people get there with less experience, some people need more. L4 with 4 YOE is pretty average.
Sounds about right but maybe the salary band for tech/non tech is different
Data analyst should be tech. Isn't data science part of tech?
No, not all Data Analysts are part of a tech org. Tech means you're part of an Eng/Product team

If the offer is for L4 then it's pretty low, at least RSU wise. You're getting 4.5k / year, which is peanut after tax.
L4 is senior data analyst?
L4 should be Data Analyst II, Senior should be L5.

Your best bet is to ask for more stock or a sign-on bonus, negotiating base or annual bonus requires you to have competing offers. What org is this for?
Payments. I dont have a competing offer but my current tc is a bit higher than this
