Uber freight contacted me regarding a Sr. Product manager role. Any intel on how they are, work culture, hire-fire nature, growth etc? Appreciate any inputs you could provide.
Thank you. I have been asked for slots for a jam session. You seem to have connect within Uber. Any intel on the work culture, WLB, do they support their employees or fire them at the drop of a hat.

Following, as I also just got re-referred for a (the same?) Sr. Product Manager role. I applied last spring and made it through a 60 min video interview with another UF PM based in SF (I'm in Chicago.) I was invited to do a Jam Session interview which was never scheduled due to the COVID hiring freeze. The recruiter and interviewer both left the company over the summer, and now I'm starting the process all over again. The friend-of-a-friend who referred me is an account manager, he seems to love the company and the product. Good luck! The friend who referred is in account management, but really enjoys the company and product.
