Uber L4 offer eval?
Y’all I have an Uber offer for an L4 role in SF. (I am based out of Seattle currently). Got any tips on how to negotiate? I love the team and the manager, don’t have competing offers just yet but have interviews/team matching going on with FAANG. RSUs worth 200K at 35%, 30%, 20%, 15% vesting. Edit: how much should I ask for instead if I get them to keep me remote in Seattle? YoE: 3.5
This is very low to leave Microsoft assuming you’re L61 with TC 220k, taxes are high in pay area plus the cost of living
TC is way too low for CA

Offer is quite low, assuming you have a 165k base. I'd ask for a 50k sign on bonus (standard) and then aim for bump up RSUs to around 330
The vesting schedule is really good.
You can get another 100k in rsu and 10-20k more in base.
Current TC?
