Let's have a virtual career fair for those who want to get out of Uber. There are scores of good engineers at Uber depressed by the toxic environment and brutual office politics looking for a way out. As Uber virtually stopped hiring and silently reducing number of engineers, those folks may need a new home. Some are on H1b and worrying about their visas in Trump era. The way this work is that you make a comment about what your team or organization are hiring hiring for and location, those interested Ubers may get in touch with you through DM. Limit posting the job opportunities within your immediate org, so it can be more personal and useful. We are engineers here, not recruiters. Lastly, keep it short!

This is VcVi17. He is a brogrammer at Uber. He spends his days insulting his colleagues, endless politics and stirring, backdoor talks, informal bro network hierarchy and backstabbing instead of being productive. Vc works in an environment Vc alikes thrive and yet he promoted to be a manager. Being an insecure and incompetent manager, he takes slightest feedback personally sees his reports as threats, eliminate those and hiring Vc alikes in next round. Vc strictly follows kiss up and kick down protocol. Vc's boss is very happy. TK is very happy. Engineers are not. Don't be like VcVi17! Don't hire VcVi17 like brogrammers.
Looks like Vc is my boss but it also looks like Vc is my peer , sometimes it looks like Vc is my direct report - I am confused
