There’s set bands for levels and they try and come up with some formula and shit to determine equity. If you’re high in a band and get a promotion, you might see very little raise and your year end raises will be much smaller than someone lower in the band. Also, when you joined hugely influences your tc based on stock price at the time. In short I’d say it’s pay equity-ish. Much better than most companies. There isn’t a ton of wiggle room
