Less than 48 hours since initial recruiting call and I already have my onsite schedule and finished my onsite prep call. Prep material and call was on a different level as well (friggin video series by Gayle M.) Holy smokes kudos to the recruiting team. I wonder if the onboarding experience is this good. #uber
Gayle the CTCI author? I think FB's prep material includes a video of hers as well. She's everywhere.
Damn it felt good just now to be congratulated for my upcoming Uber interview when I haven't even applied yet!
Repeatedly seeing someone post such posts about uber. Recent Post was salary at uber awesome. Hr at uber has stoop to this level. Shame on you uber
I'm an eng @amzn but ok lol. Honestly just surprised at how efficient uber's recruiting process is.

Ngl, as someone who went through an L5a loop a few months ago, they move fast.
I always thought it was because of my competing offers though.
Where did u end up at?
Yeah they're fast and the interview experience was also much better than other companies. Probably because of knowing I had other interviews, but they came in strong with the initial offer too. No low balling and stuff.
Do u mind sharing level & offer breakdown?
Offer was for L4. 170/390/23 for base, equity, and bonus Location SF
Congrats OP! I’m Joining Uber Product team in few days too. Recruiting process was lightening fast, all rounds completed in 2 weeks. Onboarding (virtual) has been easy so far.
Nice congrats! Hopefully I'll be joining u. How difficult was the onsite?
EY can you share more about the onboarding process for PM? How long is it etc
How’s the interview difficulty level at uber compare to Amazon or fb?
Haven't tried fb. Uber and aws were similar difficulty
All that means jackshit lol.
Microsoft recruiters made me want to give up on the process. Slow as heck
Amazon, ever gone through Amazon's L7 or above process. It's ridiculous how they spread it. Months n months
