I am interviewing for a Senior Sales Manager position with the Uber Transit group. Could potentially be located in the SF office or possibly in the newly announced Dallas office. Wondering what I should expect in terms of compensation? obviously massive cost of living differences between SF and Dallas, so what are thoughts on compensation at each? Typical base salary? bonuses? other? Also, any feedback on the culture withing this group?
