Uber comp
Received an L5A offer from Uber of 200/370/33. With RSUs vesting 35/30/20/15 in YR 1/2/3/4, will I get refreshers to bring comp in YR 2/3/4 to YR 1 or will I simply be making less money in these years than YR 1? #uber

Does 370 refers to year 1 RSU or total grant over 4 years?

The uber refreshers aren't great . It's why many leave after 2 years or so
This is not true, refreshers at Uber are good if you aren't useless. If someone got a bad refresh, then they were either way above comp for that band already, or they had poor perf.
@uber is right but one thing to add is Past refreshers aren’t a great predictor of future refreshers in todays world
