Meh.
I like the "good deal" messaging. Just in case the rider gets confused 🙄
I agree Uber UI looks way more advanced , love the modern cars lol but my friend was like uber needs to up its game after seeing this , so just confirming my sanity
UI has to be functional. Google copies everything from Apple and they once again copied iPhone X gestures. Material design 2 by Google is more colorful and less functional. Alphabet invested $1 B in Lyft and probably pushing all their beta junk onto Lyft. I don’t see anything ground breaking in this UI
Would love to try it but many of us don’t have access. Why not roll it out more broadly or at least to all of SF?
I prefer lyft, but hate that their design looks like it is built for 5 year olds
What do you prefer about Lyft?
My favorite Lyft feature is not-running-over-pedestrians.
A most sincere form of flattery.
Haha 😆👌
Exactly. They need to see if our interface outperforms theirs. Good experiment to run!
Lyft is such shit compared to Uber, and only exists still because of a series of foolish decisions by Uber’s old leadership. Uber’s design has always been top-notch and reflects way, way bigger thinking than anything out of Lyft, which fucks around with bullshitty mission statements about “community.” Also Lyft’s design of the driver-facing product is weak. They’re more concerned with tweaking the pinks and purples of their silly color palette than creating something really usable.
