Can someone give some specific details(INR/month) about employee benefits @uber india ? (Esp about uber credits, ride discounts, wellness allowance, mobile bill, wfh allowance) Current tc : 42LPA Offered tc : 39 base + 5.5 pb + 5 jb + 75k usd/4 yrs (l4) YOE : 7 #uberbenefits #uberindia
I joined Uber last to last week. Some benefits: Uber credits : you get around 4k credits in your uber wallet to be used for rides. But they are taxed in your payslip and expire at month end. Ride discount: 17% flat discount on all Uber rides. Wellness Allowance: 5k +. They expire at end of year. It can be used for various health related stuffs like gym etc. Mobile bill: Option to either select an iPhone or Samsung or get some cash monthly instead. Wfh: No allowance for new joiners
Any tentative date for 'back to office'/hybrid?

OP in how many days did they come up with offer letter after you shared you pay slips
1 week later - verbal offer , another week later - final offer letter
2 weeks 🧐. And what is the validity of the offer letter? Like G and Fb has 1 year.
