Uber international transfer policy
I am about to interview with Uber India for L5 position. My long term plan includes moving to US/Canada for few years. I know Uber allows international transfer after 2 years, but wanted to know how base and stocks are adjusted on international transfer? Yoe 10 Tc 70 #tech #uber #us #canada

Only base would be adjusted, stocks will organically grow through yearly refreshers

If my appraisal is happening in India and I am moving to US after March, then wouldn't I get extra equity refreshers to match my comp on the range percentiles of US?
