Uber interview feedback
Just had a great onsite interview with uber but just wondering the process is behind the door... do they actually interview multiple candidates for the role and what is the good sign of getting an offer vs not getting one...

So an update from uber... they all really liked me but did not get past the matching team process... try again in 6 months is what they said...

It's hard to believe that no team was interested to hire you. Do you think the recruiter is giving this reason to be nice? What do you think the actual reason is?

So how long does it take them to actually give an offer after the onsite date? Also a lil bit worried that being on e3 visa might be a blocker to an offer as well...
Don’t worry. Legal will take care of all that. Timeline ranges from 2 days to a week. Given it’s a long weekend you should get the result back mid next week
