Uber job security
How is job security at Uber especially in the ride-sharing business?? Considering a role with their Ops team. Can anyone share insights on future possibility of layoffs as Uber is notorious for layoffs, WLB, compensation and culture??

Depends on India or US. Also, idk much about ops. But in Eng, jobs are moving from US to India. Culture and WLB is bad. I'll give you that. TC is good in eng. Don't know for ops.
