Uber l4 negotiation?
How much more can I negotiate my l4 offer: Salary: 151k Target cash bonus: 30k Equity: 9000 stock, with about ~48. (409 a value is slightly lower) What can I improve on? Also have offer from google for l3 Salary: 120k Equity: 400k TC: 242 Current comp: 196k Yoe: 3 Uber stock valuation: like
Your Uber offer is solid. You can maybe increase stock or signing but it's pretty good as is. Don't take a downlevel at Google. Not worth the time.
you can get up to $154.5k base, 9606 RSUs and $50k signing bonus (split over 2 years) am also ex-FB and got max offer
Why’d you decide to go to uber? Also how have you found it compared to fb? Any tips on moving? I’m worried a bit because I like my project, manager, and especially the culture on my team. But I feel undercompensated and feel there’s a bit too much politics in my role

I was expecting l5a but got l4 instead. L4 comp is not very competitive. Is it possible to negotiate up a level or not even worth trying?

Oh really, I’ll check again with the recruiter as I was told it’s 30k (which seemed high to me).
