Uber offer eval

Blind tax: current TC = 110.5k (~99k base/4800 bonus/6667 yearly RSUs for three years) Recently interviewed with Uber for a Strategy and Operations Associate role and received an offer. Is this offer on par with the general offer for the same/similar jobs in the highest COL cities? Base: 121k Bonus: 10k RSUs: 8k/year for four years Background information: - I have over twice the years of experience asked for in the baseline requirements (5>2+) but none of that experience is within such a role so much as it is related to the role - I’d personally consider my related experience to be very relevant to the requirements of the job description. In this sense, I hit basically every requirement of the role. - I was given an assessment as part of the process and, per the feedback I received, did very well - The bonus is in line with what I was told in my initial call - The base offered is actually higher than the initial base (highest listed was 112k) - Looking at similarly-titled roles on Glassdoor and Levels, it seems like the offered base is actually good but the bonus and RSUs are much weaker (I’m seeing bonuses above 15k and RSUs like twice as high as mine) Overall, I’m conflicted on my bargaining power. I think the overage of my YoE and the quality of my assessment put me in a good position but the fact that the base is already higher than the listed range makes me hesitant.

My bad I missed that. I don’t know the market for the role but just ask for 10% more to accept. That would be a decent upgrade

Congratulations on the offer. How long did it take for the recruiter to get back after onsite interviews
