Google's perf review process is very well documented, but I cannot find anything on Uber. Can someone from Uber shed light on the process?
It's a pretty boring question. Care to elaborate what you're hoping to learn?
What's the process? How often is it done? Is there a curve? what rewards are linked to it (stock/bonus/merit increase)? How about these for a start?
Twice a year and highly competitive meaning winner takes all. Of cause there's curve but not a forced one.
What's the curve % for exceptional, exceed, met, underperformed?
What do you mean very forced?
Perf reviews are the same everywhere.
Can you share the Google review process? Where is it well documented?
Google it...
To all Uber employees: shhhhhhhhhhhh!
Why? I find it disturbing when one employee tells others to not talk on this app.
There are percentile cut offs for bonus compensation. I don't remember the exact numbers, but they are similar to the following. Bottom 15% gets zero bonus. Middle 50% gets $20k. Top 10% gets $50k, top 1% gets $100k+. Again these are rough recollections.
Folks at uber, how long does it usually take to get an initial offer after an onsite? I had mine yesterday but no word from the recruiter yet. Too soon?
Within a week.
Alright thanks. I'd say there's still hope then
Nada?
