Uber recruiter ghosting
Had a tech screen for Backend Engineer role at Uber Amsterdam on March 24 but haven’t heard anything since. Reached out to recruiter a few times but no response. Should I accept it as rejection or usual recruiter ghosting. TC: 100K YoE: ~10
This happened to me after an onsite with uber about a month ago. Turned out that the recruiter quit and it took ~3 weeks of being ghosted before someone else reached out and extended an offer. There could be hope if your recruiter quit after your onsite, but the ball is in their court
I don’t know if recruiter has quit. Had to ping a few times to setup the phone screen as well. Let’s hope for the best!
