Paradoxically, this will result in increased compensation for diversity officers. Shows how risky and important the role is. So all good.
Hummm not sure if shows the importance and why was that event needed in the first place, I think it shows more the ignorance of so called experts in DEI, and that they also don’t really know what they are talking about.
Long as DEI exists, there will need to be a fall person to shield higher level execs from blowback.

She tried to make it a racist term when it's completely not racist or even sexist. Like why are you reaching so hard to be offended. If you're going to focus on anything to be offended at skip past the race discussion and go right for the fact that a lot of people's own names just got obliterated by internet memes.
HR/Legal/Dara used Bo as a scapegoat because she got defensive to protect the white women employee panelists. One of them was Bo’s manager the Head of HR at Uber! They scapegoated her conduct!
That's what it seems like. Nikki was obviously made aware of the event/may have given approval for it. Bo being the only one reprimanded is insane but expected
