Hi people , I am keen to know if there are any possibilities to negotiate salary after one has started working at UiPath ,India (During Probation ). I feel like I gave a low expected salary in here and some other company can give higher offers . How is UiPath India overall ? Growth and learning . How often are salary reviewed in UiPath India ? Will it be ok to leave in probation for my career ? What factors should I take in before leaving this early ? ok, can you provide the range that UiPath India gives to SDE 2 - is it below 35 , below 40 or can go above 40 LPA (talking about FIXED comp) ? I see few companies like Navi are going above 40 these days for similar YOE people . Just wanted to know the market value of SDE 2 in India . UiPath gives great sum in U.S , but market here cannot be compared with U.S one even though work is same .
UiPath may give around 30-40 depending on experience but can give good stocks which others may give less, so your overall may be better than most companies due to stocks Best to check on levels.fyi
