Under what conditions would you leave a 500k TC job
Assume a Family with kids in Bay Area.
If you never have time with your family or if the stress level is too much would be two good reasons.
Stress level seems ok and time with family is pretty good.
How is management and how is your team? What would you do if you didnât do this?
So you're telling me that, even those making 500k have crises?
Mo money, mo problems.

Congrats OP, you made it. You have great TC, a spouse that loves you and nice kids. You have time with them. Yet, you feel you need something else. If youâre family is happy, and working life is not too bad, find yourself a passion other than computers. Build friendship, do meditation to manage stress. Why change if youâre successful? ride the wave until next recession.
I donât feel I need something else.
If I lived in the Bay Area and they wonât let me leave and work remotely.
