High compensation Good leadership / culture - Employee Empowerment - Clear direction - Respectful - Open minded Teams that foster each other’s growth Do they exist? Where are they?! Pls share TC 170k
I think smaller startups can be good for this. With most being VC funded now they can pay pretty competitively, and if the company succeeds your options can be worth more than you’d have made at FAANG. In my experience, it’s not too difficult to find a start up with great culture. Though similar to what the other commenter said, this may only last a few years.
Albertsons
Depends what you consider high compensation. Relative to Comcast, Microsoft fits the bill. Relative to LinkedIn/Databricks/Instacart/Cruise/Roblox/Stripe etc, Microsoft is 🥜
I believe they exist, but they might only fit all your criteria for a year or two. They're probably ever changing. I interviewed at what seems like one that I was referred too, I was excited. But they have communication and org issues I guess as they really wanted the role above the one I was interviewing for which was obvious during the interview. I don't know why they even interviewed me, I was very upfront about what I wanted in the role.
I believe so too. But without having any internal connection to such companies, I’m thinking to scour the reviews from various sources like Glassdoor
Yeah and that is tough, really need to know someone. Many startups have huge leadership turnover at some point where they bring in experienced leaders so reviews are hard to go by for smaller companies.
