Union Square SF - What to do?

I’m visiting SF for a couple of days on a work trip, staying at the Ritz near chinatown. What are some good places I can walk/scooter to? I like nature and views

If you like nature you’ll love all the poop on the streets of sf

Golden Gate park

Twin peaks has some fantastic views of SF. It might be more of an Uber ride than a scooter ride or walk though. Golden gate park is definitely worth checking out too

Thanks! I’ll hit them up tomorrow

Walk from your hotel to Coit Tower, check out the bay views from North Beach/ Telegraph Hill. Or walk up to Lombard Street, then down Aquatic Park to Fort Mason (Golden Gate bridge views, and back. Great views all over. Grace Cathedral is pretty and near your hotel. Walking is often better because the hills are so steep.

You’re amazing, this is exactly what i was looking for!!

You’re welcome. It can also be fun to take a round trip ferry ride from SF to Sausalito from the Ferry Building, which is not far from your hotel. Or rent a bike in north beach and ride it over the gg bridge and take a ferry back. Yes there are a lot of homeless people in SF, but it’s still a great place to visit and has amazing vistas and food. Bring a sweater.

OP would definitely get a "view" of something interesting over there.

Looting Louis Vuitton has been quite popular lately. If you are into gourmet artisan candies you can explore the nearby Tenderloin ;-)

whats the point in commenting such a dumb response?

If nature and views are your thing being in a concrete city of homeless people isn't what you want. You want to check out Presidio, Muir Woods, and Marin Headlands which are very close to you. If you have more time travel up to Pt Reyes and see the lighthouse. Can probably do by scooter but plan to leave earlier in the morning.
