I’ve been interviewing for a SM role at UA, I’m wondering do UA offer sign on bonuses? Haven’t had a chance to discuss total compensation yet.
Also, how many rounds should I expect after meeting hiring manager?

You should expect some sign on bonus (it might be framed as a relocation package) and since you’re interviewing for an L3 position you’ll likely interview all they way up to the VP or SVP level, so probably 3/4 interviews (HR phone screen, Director / Managing Director, maybe a follow up with Dir / MD, VP / SVP). Fight for every penny you can up front because once you’re in your raises will be terrible (your year end bonuses could be pretty solid).
