VISA interview
I have interviews coming up for Sr.director role coming up at visa. Not sure what topics to prep. All I got from recruiter was that it was a panel of 3-4. I imagine payments and settlement are topics that will come up. Any guidance on things I can prep for? Also, can't find much about TC online. Can we expect 400K? #visa #tc #interview Tc: 350k
Topics depends on the group you are applying to and what Sr. Dir role type is. Basic payment and settlement stuff is good to have, but not always the focus as it can be learned in depth on the job. TC depends on location. It probably would be Base +20% bonus target + 30% RSU target per year. Fluctuating bonus with company performance and RSU’s are now more flexible. Note: a typical for Austin Sr. Dir base offer of 200K would maybe be $300k per year. They may match your current RSU’s as you join and boost that amount higher to 400 (some do get that offer with proof), but don’t expect to get any extra each year over the above range.
Thank you very much for the information. They said they'd buy out the RSU remaining in my amazon bucket so I think tc would come to around 350. Let's see. Will update here as things progress.

Why would you jump ship from Amazon to Visa unless you want less work stress ? I don't think Visa can afford 400k TC for Sr Director role. Don't have your hopes high for TC.
