Can't speak about the team Individually but Visa as a whole is pretty chill. Gold WLB. Work gets a bit repetitive and TC is a lowball. Good place to take it easy not grow

I don't think it's a lowball for Visa standards.
Its a lowball with 4 YOE. Apply to big tech companies and get almost double of this.
