VMWare interview
If I'm interviewing for a VMWare for cyber security but don't know how to code, how screwed am I? 16 yoe Cyber Security Engineer, never had a reason to write code.

Staff Engineer Cloud Security HM and already spoke for 45 minutes then he had the recruiter push me to the next round

They push and waste your time after the final round saying that you’re not a good fit. Happened to me before. Don’t waste your time.

OP, you bring in field experience and a security mindset which is valuable (depending on the role).

HM told me there is no coding questions but their still using codepair, I'm confused. This is my first interview outside of the government
Not really. It depends on what role are you applying.
I meant to reply directly to you. I told the HM I didn't know how to code in our meet and greet and he still pushed me through
