VMware Senior Product Manager P4
What kind of TC can I expect for a senior product manager for VMWare Cloud? I assume WLB is good, can anyone confirm? Tc $205k
Should be a lot more now with new bands in effect for a month. I’d expect 300 tc.

Nope … I was expecting to be promoted in January but it didn’t happen. Really hope to be promoted soon but got approached by other companies with interesting offers so … I don’t know what to do right now
Senior PM, base can go 240 max, 17% bonus, 400K/4yrs RSU. It can touch 380k max for PA location. This is based on 2022 updated comp. 2021 offers were 300-325k
