VMware senior MTS salary India
Hi, I recently got selected at VMware, Bangalore. My salary discussion will happen in the next week. Currently I am working with Microsoft as Software Engineer 2. My current CTC is 36 LPA. Please let me know how much I should expect in VMware for SMTS role. How much base salary I should expect for Senior MTS? Please help me out to negotiate salary. YOE : 7 #vmware #smts #salaries
5.5 yoe, MTS3 CTC 35L, stocks $25K over 4 year. For SMTS ask for atleast 30-40% increase of your current base with $40k stocks. Because what I have seen that in every promotion of an existing employee they give increase max 30% of base with some stocks. If you can get joining 3-5L that would be good.
Is $25k/year or $25k for 4 years?
