VP Level/Comp at WeWork
Looking at a possible VP role at We. Technical field. What “Level” would this be, and what would typical comp be? Base - RSUs - Signing Bonus - NYC Based Never been at a company with RSU-based comp structure before. Any tips are welcome. Thanks.

15 YoE, in large private companies, unrelated industry.

Almost no chance that you’ll get a good answer OP. Blind is 99% salty IC and line managers. If you’re a VP you probably know other senior people. Ask them.

195k base is for L4 swe
Saw VP for architecture role with a 350k base and a 125-150k stock offer.
Might have been 300k base. But one of those two.
