Base pay for a VP would be roughly $160 - 230k dependent on what part of the company the role is in. The bonus percentage can be a significant % of TC at the VP level in additional to base pay.

Is VP level very different at NFCU? At Capital One it sits above Dir/Sr. Dir. and then you get VP > MVP > EVP. Starting at 300-400k
